Dr. Saltzburg is a board-certified physician specializing in Hair Restoration and Cosmetic Medicine procedures for men and women of all skin types. Dr. Saltzburg began her career as a pediatric neurology nurse at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia before beginning her medical career at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Saltzburg is the only graduate to have ever completed a triple-degree program as a trainee, obtaining her D.O. degree while simultaneously working towards her MBA in Healthcare Administration & Masters in Biomedical Ethics. She now practices full-time as a Hair Transplant surgeon and further specializes in the most advanced non-surgical hair restoration, most notably regenerative medicine hair growth injections.

In addition to dedicating her time to causes and solutions to hair loss, Dr. Saltzburg devotes many hours researching and analyzing studies to further the field of non-invasive laser treatments for skin and body health. She is a recognized global Key Opinion Leader (KOL) for Sciton, Inc., the world’s only laser company utilizing a hybrid fractional laser delivery system. Dr. Saltzburg’s non-surgical treatments focus on full skin resurfacing; volume repletion; correcting sun damage, redness, visible vessels on the face and legs; fine lines & deep wrinkles on the face and around the mouth; excessive underarm sweat, vaginal dryness & incontinence, and medical marijuana. Dr. Saltzburg has her medical license in multiple states, including NJ, PA, NY, FL, and CA. This allows her to travel nationally to educate, train, and treat patients from all over the country.

Victoria began her career as a Certified Medical Assistant in Dermatology, where she spent years working alongside leading board-certified dermatologists and cosmetic physicians throughout the New York metropolitan area. This invaluable experience provided her with extensive knowledge of complex skin conditions, medical-grade treatments, and evidence-based skincare—laying the foundation for the elevated level of care she provides today.

Inspired by her passion for skin health, Victoria became a Licensed Aesthetician in both New York and New Jersey, further expanding her expertise in advanced aesthetic procedures. Throughout her career, she has received extensive training in medical-grade skincare, laser technologies, chemical peels, microneedling, acne management, and anti-aging treatments. She has also participated in clinical acne medication studies and continues to invest in advanced education, ensuring her clients benefit from the latest innovations and safest treatment protocols available.

Gwen began her career as a Board-Certified Licensed Practical Nurse, working in the surgical department at Monmouth Medical Center, where she developed exceptional clinical skills, precision, and a deep commitment to patient care. Her nursing background continues to influence every aspect of her work, allowing her to approach aesthetic treatments with the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Driven by a lifelong passion for beauty, wellness, and helping others feel their best, Gwen earned her New Jersey Aesthetician License in 2019. Since then, she has pursued advanced education in medical aesthetics, continually expanding her expertise through specialized training in the latest skincare technologies, treatment protocols, and industry innovations.
