Dr. Saltzburg is a board-certified physician specializing in Hair Restoration and Cosmetic Medicine procedures for men and women of all skin types. Dr. Saltzburg began her career as a pediatric neurology nurse at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia before beginning her medical career at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Saltzburg is the only graduate to have ever completed a triple-degree program as a trainee, obtaining her D.O. degree while simultaneously working towards her MBA in Healthcare Administration & Masters in Biomedical Ethics. She now practices full-time as a Hair Transplant surgeon and further specializes in the most advanced non-surgical hair restoration, most notably regenerative medicine hair growth injections.
In addition to dedicating her time to causes and solutions to hair loss, Dr. Saltzburg devotes many hours researching and analyzing studies to further the field of non-invasive laser treatments for skin and body health. She is a recognized global Key Opinion Leader (KOL) for Sciton, Inc., the world’s only laser company utilizing a hybrid fractional laser delivery system. Dr. Saltzburg’s non-surgical treatments focus on full skin resurfacing; volume repletion; correcting sun damage, redness, visible vessels on the face and legs; fine lines & deep wrinkles on the face and around the mouth; excessive underarm sweat, vaginal dryness & incontinence, and medical marijuana. Dr. Saltzburg has her medical license in multiple states, including NJ, PA, NY, FL, and CA. This allows her to travel nationally to educate, train, and treat patients from all over the country.

With over a decade of experience in the Medical Aesthetic industry, Victoria Russo brings a refined blend of medical expertise and artistic touch to every client experience. Her journey began as a Certified Medical Assistant in Dermatology, where she discovered her passion for skincare and the transformative power of confidence that comes from healthy, radiant skin.
Motivated by that passion, Victoria went on to earn her Aesthetician licenses in both New York and New Jersey. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working alongside some of New York City’s leading dermatologists, gaining extensive training in both medical and cosmetic skincare. From participating in clinical acne medication studies to mastering advanced laser and cosmetic techniques, Victoria has built a strong foundation rooted in knowledge, precision, and care.
Dedicated to continuous growth, she regularly attends advanced training programs and professional skincare events to stay current with the latest technologies and innovations in aesthetics.
Victoria specializes in acne and anti-aging treatments for all skin types, with a focus on achieving healthy, luminous, and balanced skin. With nearly a decade of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, Gwendolyn combines medical expertise with a true passion for aesthetics. She began her career as a Board-Certified Licensed Practical Nurse, working in the surgical department at Monmouth Medical Center, where she developed a deep understanding of patient care and precision.
Driven by her lifelong love of beauty and her desire to help others feel their best, Gwen expanded her career and earned her New Jersey Aesthetician license in 2019. Since then, she has dedicated herself to providing advanced, personalized skincare treatments designed to enhance natural beauty and boost confidence.
Beyond aesthetics, Gwen’s creative spirit shines through her entrepreneurial success as the owner of clothing boutiques — Bijoux Boutique in Middletown, NJ. She believes that skincare and fashion share the same philosophy: both are expressions of self-care, confidence, and individuality.
Gwen continues to advance her knowledge through ongoing education, attending advanced courses and training on the latest aesthetic treatments, technologies, and trends.
