LAUREN SALTZBURG, D.O.,MBA,MA
Medical Director
Dr. Saltzburg is a board-certified physician specializing in Hair Restoration and Cosmetic Medicine procedures for men and women of all skin types. Dr. Saltzburg began her career as a pediatric neurology nurse at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia before beginning her medical career at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Saltzburg is the only graduate to have ever completed a triple-degree program as a trainee, obtaining her D.O. degree while simultaneously working towards her MBA in Healthcare Administration & Masters in Biomedical Ethics. She now practices full-time as a Hair Transplant surgeon and further specializes in the most advanced non-surgical hair restoration, most notably regenerative medicine hair growth injections.
In addition to dedicating her time to causes and solutions to hair loss, Dr. Saltzburg devotes many hours researching and analyzing studies to further the field of non-invasive laser treatments for skin and body health. She is a recognized global Key Opinion Leader (KOL) for Sciton, Inc., the world’s only laser company utilizing a hybrid fractional laser delivery system. Dr. Saltzburg’s non-surgical treatments focus on full skin resurfacing; volume repletion; correcting sun damage, redness, visible vessels on the face and legs; fine lines & deep wrinkles on the face and around the mouth; excessive underarm sweat, vaginal dryness & incontinence, and medical marijuana. Dr. Saltzburg has her medical license in multiple states, including NJ, PA, NY, FL, and CA. This allows her to travel nationally to educate, train, and treat patients from all over the country.
Victoria Russo LE, CMA
Medical & Cosmetic Aesthetician
Victoria has been in the Medical Aesthetic industry well over a decade. She started as a Certified Medical Assistant in Dermatology and quickly learned her passion was for skincare. She wanted to help men and women feel more confident in their skin. This led her to achieving her Aesthetician license in NY & NJ.
She has had the opportunity to work with some of New York Cities Top Dermatologists who have provided her with extensive knowledge in Medical and Cosmetic skincare. She has been part of (acne) medication studies and countless training sessions for all types of laser & cosmetic procedures. She continues to further her education by attending advanced training and skincare events. Victoria specializes in acne and anti-aging treatments of all skin types.
Victoria's ultimate goal is to help clients elevate their skin health & beauty by providing them with exceptional skincare.
Gwendolyn Esposito LE, LPN
Medical & Cosmetic Aesthetician
Gwen started her career nearly 10 years ago when she became a board certified Licensed Practical Nurse. After working in the surgical department at Monmouth Medical Center for a couple of years she decided to take her career to the next level. She followed her dream of beauty and became a licensed NJ Aesthetician in 2019.
Gwen also owns a clothing boutique, (GEMS in Red Bank NJ & Bijoux Boutique in Middletown NJ). Gwen has always had a passion for helping people look and feel their best. Gwen believes skincare and fashion are similar in a variety of ways. She believes its your personal way of looking good and feeling good from the inside out.
Gwen continues her education by taking advanced courses to stay up to date with new treatments, devices and trends.
